pAYMENT policy
Deposit & Payment:
Full payment is optional at time of booking or order request as clients are welcome to pay full balance upfront if preferred.
Once your order or event request is received, an invoice will be sent to you within 1-3 business days. To confirm and secure your order and or event request date, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total catering cost is required.
This 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 2 business days upon receiving the invoice. If the deposit is not paid within this timeframe, your order and or event request date may be subject to cancellation.
Final payment of the remaining balance of your total order must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date. If the balance is not received by this deadline, Forbes Kitchen reserves the right to cancel the order and or event request date without a refund of the initial deposit.
All deposits are non-refundable as they secure your order and or event request date and cover initial preparation costs. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Forbes Kitchen. Requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed based on factors such as notice given and costs incurred. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed within 7-10 business days accordingly.
Forbes Kitchen Delivery (Drop-off only):
From the Vernon, CT area or within 15 mile radius - $25.00 added delivery fee
From the Vernon, CT area or within 35 mile radius - $50.00 added delivery fee
By placing an order and or event request date with Forbes Kitchen, you acknowledge and agree to the payment terms and policy. If you have any questions or need special arrangements, please contact us before booking.
