To ensure a seamless experience and quality service for your order or event, please keep the specific guidelines in mind at the time of placing your order:
On order requests for events with less than 20 guests, all orders must be placed 1 week in advance of event (excluding weekends and holidays).
On order requests for events with 20 or more guests, all orders must be placed 2 weeks in advance of event (excluding weekends and holidays).
Local order drop- off delivery is available with delivery fee depending on distance and availability Monday - Friday after 5 p.m. EST. For weekend delivery please contact Forbes Kitchen for availability.
Local order pick-up from the Vernon, CT area is available Monday - Friday and weekends depending on availability. Please contact Forbes Kitchen for availability.

Enjoy a personalized intimate, cooking experience in the comfort of your home, chosen venue or personal by-the-pan catering.
Private Dinner Services:
Customized Menus: Personalized dishes curated to suit your preferences and special dietary needs.
Full-Service Dining: Includes menu planning, ingredient sourcing, prepping, packaging, transporting, setup, cooking, serving and cleanup.
Starting price $125 - $200.00 per person for a three-course meal that includes starter (salad or appetizer), main course with sides, and dessert. Final pricing depends on menu selection and service style.
Minimum Guest Count: Typically 2-6 guests.
Catering Services (Buffet Style or Casual):
Flat-rate pricing for all-inclusive rates which covers food, setup, service, and clean-up. Each event is custom quoted based on guest count, menu, and service time. A personalized flat-rate proposal will be provided accordingly.
Plated Meals: $60.00 - $120.00 per person. Final pricing depends on menu selection and preparation time.
Personal by-the-pan Catering Services:
Individual purchased dish items by-the-pan half-size or full-size.

While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, Forbes Kitchen processes common allergens, including but not limited to: Dairy, nuts, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens in the prepared dishes.
